CATS3000 Associate
Augustine Flint-Hartle

Augustine Flint-Hartle combines that rare combination of both artistic and business experience.

She has worked in a number of different industries including hospitality and aviation, as an effective leader and manager. She has experience as a trainer and a facilitator.

Augustine combines this real-world grittiness with an artistic flair and has graduated as a fine professional actor after training for two years. She is now represented by Image Management.

Impressive performances in The Vagina Monologues and Re-Inventing the Cheese augment her work with CATS3000 in corporate and organisational Theatre.

Augustine has recently set up her own theatre production company, Pebbles Productions, and is working in partnership with CATS3000 and Rational Madness in its new work in organisational theatre.

Pebbles Productions showcases a world premiere of a new play “The Swastika Party” in the 2005 Brighton F Festival in May.

CATS-EYE VIEW

THE RATIONAL:
Augustine is both a warm friend and a professional colleague. I have worked with her in both organisational and traditional theatre settings. She is grounded, able to work effectively with forum theatre and group interaction.

THE MADNESS:
Augustine had the courage to step back from her managerial work and set off into the world of art and creativity, an entirely new direction in life, as she trained as a professional actor. She has been even bolder and set up her own production company. She’s a risk-taker. And has her own cool-CAT called Maisie!
