A Parable

There was once a man called Bob. And Bob was an angry man. All of his youth he raged against the world, cursed and complained at his lot in life. For Bob was poor.

One day he came across Mediocritaxa, the City of Collusion. He was given a warm bed, a warm drink, some plain clothes to wear and invited to a performance of folk songs.

Bob’s storm was soon calmed and he became a shoe maker. He made really nice, serviceable shoes until the day he died.

The Lesson: Anger can be calmed by a serviceable pair of shoes..
