Workshops

Rational Madness offers a wide range of learning events and workshops, either standalone, or integrated with our theatre performances.

Events can be based around:

- one off or multi-date performances of our shows

- half, one or multi-day workshops

- open space (spontaneous agenda) conferences

- debates and discussions

- inspirational talks and dialogues

- personal and management development programmes

All sessions are inspirational and practical. We see them all as “workshops” where ideas and behaviours can be explored and practically worked out. Often the theatre pieces hold up a mirror to literally aid self-reflection and lead to lasting change and innovation in self, group, organisation and even society.
