Short Courses

Rational Madness offers a wide range of short courses and learning programmes, either standalone, or integrated with our theatre performances.

Our short courses do not follow traditional “didactic” methods of teaching. We are very interactive and the aim is to support lasting change and improvement “back at base”

We see a close relationship between excellent performance on stage and excellent performance at work. It is therefore no surprise that we draw on the concepts and practices that lead to excellent performance on the stage and apply them to our short courses in business and organisations:

Our sessions are built from our client’s agendas and we research the key issues in advance tapping into our live archive of theatre material, adapting at and writing new material to ensure the resulting organisational theatre is powerful and relevant.
